It’s been recently revealed that actress Kitagawa Keiko will star in a new CM for Glico’s ice cream brand, Palitte.

Though Kitagawa has been endorsing for this ice cream for a while now, she will appear in the new CM as “Hayasaka Yukari“, which is Kitagawa’s character on upcoming movie, “Paradise Kiss.” As we reported many times, “Paradise Kiss” is a live-action adaptation of Yazawa Ai’s popular manga.


The CM setting is described as, “Hayasaka Yukari chosen as the image character for ‘Palitte’”, and the CM spot will be shown on the street vision in Shibuya in the movie as well.

The Palitte CM starring “Hayasaka Yukari” will start airing on May 16th, and the movie “Paradie Kiss” is set to be released on June 4th.
