The 23rd Tokyo International Film Festival (TIFF) has started in Roppongi, Tokyo on October 23rd. This film festival is the one and only FIAPF-accredited international film festival in Japan. ”Green carpet,” which is made with 23,000 recycled PET bottles, was spread on Roppongi Hills’ Keyaki-zaka street, and the Film Festival Ambassador for the 23rd TIFF, Kimura Yoshino, and Green Ambassador for the 23rd TIFF, Anne, both showed up.
