On May 5th, Oshima Yuko (22) and Maeda Atsuko (19) of popular idol group AKB48, along with 12 other stars, participated in a live event held at Chiba by bayfm, named “Flea-ma Paradise“.
The performance was held at a flea market stage venue and the event was recorded. Takahashi Minami (20) commented, “Especially during this time, I want to put a smile on everyone’s face.” She sang the Tohoku earthquake reconstruction theme song, “Dareka No Tame Ni”, and two other songs.
All the cast members combined, along with 5000 fans, together voiced, “Imadakara Kokoro O Tsuna Go” or “Let’s Put Our Hearts Together During This Time Of Need”.
After the event, autographed t-shirts by the attending stars were auctioned off, and the proceeds were donated to the Japan Red Cross to help people in the disaster areas.
There were other artists at the event as well, including May’n, and you can check out some of the pictures below.
