Kuraki Mai sings at a World Heritage site
Singer Kuraki Mai held a premium live on November 26th under the project “Sekai Isan Gekijo” at Kyoto’s Kamigamo Shrine, which was designated by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site. ”Sekai Isan Gekijo” is a project which sets up stages at World Heritage sites in Japan, and holds art performances there.

Kuraki commented, “I’m very honored to sing at this holy and historic place. I feel like taking a deep breath in this pure, clean air.” She performed 12 songs including “Time after time~Hana mau Machi de~” ,which she made with the image of Kyoto in mind. An audience of 2,000 attendees were fascinated by her performance.
