Sawajiri Erika has been chosen as the new image model for haircare brand “SYOSS“.

The company surveyed 500 ladies, ages 25 to 44 years old, on “Who is the female celebrity with a strong resolution and does not follow others’ opinions?” – Erika landed the #1 position on the poll.

The shoot of the CM was held in Spain and consequently, almost all staff members were not Japanese. According to Oricon, however, Erika was communicating with them well, using English and Spanish fluently.

Erika’s CM will air beginning October 7th.
